What countries do you ship to?

  • We currently ship to the UK and all EU countries. 
  • Soon we will also be shipping to the US.

What is the warranty on my product?

  • As standard all Looking Glass products are covered by a 2 year warranty.
  • We offer an extended 5 year warranty on mirror products if you register your Looking Glass through our dedicated product registration portal .

Do you do custom sizes?

No, we don’t do custom sizes at this current time.

Can I see or buy Looking Glass in store?

No, we don’t have physical presence in any retail stores at this current time.

How do I clean my Looking Glass product?

To keep your Looking Glass mirror clean, as well as the stand and accessories, we use the magic microfibre cloth provided with your order. We recommend washing the microfibre cloth regularly in the washing machine.

What is the delivery time?

If you ordered an in-stock product, you can expect to receive your order within 10 - 12 business days.

What do I do if my product is faulty?

In the unlikely event of a fault with your product, switch it off at the plug socket, and contact customer services for next steps.

What countries does the plug work for?

The plug has interchangeable pins and is universal.

Can I return a product if I’ve changed my mind?

  • Yes, within 14 days of receipt - As long as the product is in perfect original condition and in ALL of it’s original packaging.
  • It’s really important that you keep and re-use all packaging – including all the outer shipping cartons and corner protectors, so that everything reaches us in a completely re-saleable condition.
  • If there is some damage to the product or packaging, it could affect the amount of refund you receive.

Can I exchange my product for a different size?

  • Yes, within 14 days of receipt - As long as the product is in perfect original condition and in ALL of its original packaging.

How do I attach Looking Glass to the wall?

  • There are ready made apertures on the back of your Looking Glass so that you can hang it from a suitable wall fixing. 
  • If you are unsure about the suitability of your intended wall fixing, it is important that you get some professional advice.
